Trainee teachers celebrate the successful completion of their training year with a graduation ceremony
We are very pleased to announce that 36 SCITT trainee teachers who have been training with us this year have recently celebrated the successful completion of their training year and their award of QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). The newly qualified teachers will also receive their PGCE (post-graduate certificate in education) from the University of Winchester.
The NQTs joined other new teachers from other local SCITT providers to celebrate their success with family and friends at a graduation in the impressive surroundings of Bryanston School in Blandford for a formal ceremony followed by photographs and refreshments.
We are also delighted that we have been able to recruit 37 trainees to start in September, across the full range of subjects.
